Working S.M.A.R.T. means having goals that are specific. measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound.  If you want to Change your body composition, you have to change the composition of your food intake on the Macro level.  Everything we eat are Macro nutrients or Macros, which means it’s a Protein, Carb or Fat.  Shoot for a 40/40/20 percent of each while taking “clean” Vita D, Fish Oil and “lean” protein to help on the molecular level.  Lift weights 2-3 days a week and do 30 minute of moderate cardio AFTER you do.  Aim for 200 minutes a week of doing that, which is less than than 2% of your time over the course of the week.
