As a veteran, I was used to a certain level of athleticism and exercise training. However, while serving I developed various injuries. Before I knew it, I couldn’t run without my chest hurting. Or even bench press without feeling pain. That led me to add on weight since my activity reduced significantly. That led me to pursue proper fitness education and techniques to get myself back into shape.

Then I started working with clients and using the Do What Fits training system. It has done wonders for me. I can run and lift weights even better than I used to. I feel like myself again, and I’m committed to helping others do the same. It’s not just a job for me but a mission to help those with injuries not only get in shape but stay in shape.
